1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using KoeCode ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

KoeCode is a voice-controlled interface that allows you to operate AI coding agents such as Claude Code and OpenCode on your Mac. The App provides hands-free control over these third-party tools through voice commands from macOS and iOS devices.

KoeCode is a wrapper application and does not include the coding agents themselves. You are responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining Claude Code, OpenCode, or any other compatible coding agent on your Mac.

3. Requirements and Prerequisites

To use KoeCode, you must have:

  • A Mac with Apple Silicon
  • An iPhone for the mobile companion app
  • Claude Code and/or OpenCode installed and properly configured on your Mac
  • Valid API keys or subscriptions for the coding agents you wish to use (as required by those services)

4. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

  • The configuration and proper functioning of third-party coding agents on your system
  • All actions performed by coding agents on your code, files, and system
  • Reviewing and verifying any code changes made by the agents
  • Maintaining backups of your code and important files
  • Ensuring you have the rights to modify any code you work with
  • Compliance with the terms of service of third-party tools (Claude Code, OpenCode, etc.)

5. Limitation of Liability

KoeCode is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all system configurations.

We are not responsible for any damages, data loss, or unintended modifications to your code or files resulting from the use of KoeCode or the actions of third-party coding agents controlled through our App.

You acknowledge that AI coding agents may produce incorrect, incomplete, or unintended results. Always review agent output before deploying or committing code changes.

6. Purchase and Refunds

KoeCode is available as a one-time purchase through the Apple App Store. All purchases are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies. For refund requests, please contact Apple directly through their standard refund process.

7. Intellectual Property

KoeCode and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by KoeCode and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Any code you create or modify using KoeCode remains your property. We do not claim any ownership over your work.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Voice data is processed locally on your device and is not sent to our servers. For complete details on how we handle your information, please review our Privacy Policy.

9. Third-Party Services

KoeCode integrates with third-party services (Claude Code, OpenCode) that have their own terms of service and privacy policies. Your use of these services through KoeCode is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for the functionality, availability, or policies of third-party services.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Termination

You may stop using KoeCode at any time by uninstalling the App from your devices. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App for violations of these terms.
